Toys R Us Starting March 21

Looks like they will have some sets at 40% off.. picture shows the Silver Mine shootout 79110 ($54) and a Creator set that is normally $20 for $12 (a car, not sure the number)

Monster Fighter Castle is $50 off too but with an inflated price of $150, therefore making it $100...

Lego clocks 25% off too

Those two sets shown was 50-70% off at Target when they have that clearance sale a couple months back. Monster Castle will drop more if people stop buying them at this price, like the Obi Wan UCS set a while back.

However, in my neck of the woods, TRU is the only place where you can still buy the Silver Mine and the Monster Castle. I held off on getting them hoping for amazing sales, and then poof they were gone. It may not be the best deal ever, but I'll be getting them if they have any left on Saturday.

Same with Alien Conquest sets if they still have any. I happened upon a TRU with a $25 Mothership a couple of weeks ago.

Still waiting for the Constitution Train to get discounted 30-40%....

Are any of these worth getting? Maybe the star wars ones?

Desert Skiff most definitely, for the updated Boba Fett. Plus you get a Luke and Lando.

I just passed by the Toys R Us Express (Cookstown) tonight. Maybe 5 Vampire Castle left. There was only 1 Y-Wing which I picked up. Not sure if its worth the drive from Barrie for you (unless of course the Bayfield TRU is sold out), however you can use the Tanger Outlet coupon for an extra 20% off. $80 Vampire Castle and $33 Y-Wing.

Thanks, I forgot they had a TRU down there. With the price of gas, not sure the drive it worth it. Barrie has lots of Vampyre Castles though, at least 8 when I was in there today.

Did you already pick it up? I went to the Express to see if I could use the 20% off coupon (which I could). I was on my way down to Toronto anyway so just a little detour.

A lot of Silver Mines and Vampyre Castles here in the Ottawa area. Anyone saw a discounted Lone Ranger Stagecoach Escape (79108)? I missed it online, it's as if they were already sold out before the sale went live...

Again Vampire Castle will go down more if stocks are still at every stores. For quick flippers, they would be stupid to think they can flip it for good profit at this price. So in general, hold up till they drop it to say $75 or less, THEN go for it.

A few other sets that were marked down that I picked up were LOTR Shelob Attacks for $15.87 reg price $29.99 and Spongbob The Flying Dutchman for $17.87 reg price $26.99. Those were at the Oakville TRU store. They had afew of the LOTR sets left. I also picked up some Super Hero poly bags #30167 but they were at they're reg price at $4.99.

That location has discounted Flying Dutchman a few times. Interesting. I may pickup a few more Shelob Attacks for gifts; it's a terrific set.

I did buy one in Barrie, but after you put the bug in my ear about this additional 20% off, I took a quick run down to Cookstown today and picked up a Castle. They had at least 4 left. Thanks for the tip. I never heard about this Tanger coupon before. I'll be returning the other one tomorrow.
