Northwest regional chain Fred Meyer (aka Kroger) appears to be stocking this polybag. I found dozens of them in the Lego aisle at my local FM in Anchorage, Alaska. First time I've ever seen a polybag sold there. Hopefully they continue to get more varieties because the Targets here have the same old Chima sets that they've had for at least a year. Price was $3.49
