NY Resident trying to place an order from Chapters.indigo.ca and received this message at checkout

"Please note the following:

•Unfortunately, we cannot ship toys to the United States or Internationally. Please choose a destination in Canada."

So not sure if I am doing something wrong or I cant make the purchase

Seems quite clear to me. You live in NY (which I assume means New York) and the message says they can't ship to the United States. Therefore, since you live in the Unites States, they won't ship to you. Canadians get the same type of message when we try to order toys from Amazon.com.
