This week Toys R Us Canada will have 20% off ALL LEGO Spongebob and 25% off ALL LEGO LICENSED ZipBin storage cases and playmats. Very weak sale from TRU this week, nothing terribly exciting unless you are a Spongebob fan.

Younger kids loves Spongebob! While the older ones moves on to Ninjago. Personal experience.

Never really liked Spongebob as a kid. Some of my friends in high school still watch it. They make fun of me all the time for still "playing" with LEGO toys and being on forums all the time. Oh well, I can live with it.

Too many licensed sets are released this year. Spongebob sets are sinking to the bottom of my shopping list. Will pick it up if 50% off deal is found.

Guess their sales are overlapping. today is the last day for the 20% off star wars (if u spend $50 or more) and city etc as per here viewtopic.php?f=81&t=5530

I just realized that TRU has a new promotion going on now: But 2 or more LEGO items and get free standard shipping. Yay, no more over $100 spending!
