[USA] TRU 20% off board games + free Sun Block

I checked out my local TRU today and the LEGO board games were 20% off. Plus, if you spent $20 on LEGO board games, you could get a Sun Block for free. On top of all this, I had the $5 off a $25 purchase, which actually worked with the sale.

So I bought Heroica Castle Fortaan which is normally $35 and with the 20% off and $5 off, I got it for $25 plus the Sun Block for free. Pretty nice deal and I wasn't expecting it all to stack.

Just a note, there is also a 25% lego games coupon that I got in both my TRU Rewards accounts. I do not see why this would not stack on top of the sale prices as it does not stipulate not valid on sale prices/only on regular price items. Only stipulations are in store only and not valid on unbeatable price items. I plan on tying it, but will not be at a TRU until tomorrow prob.

Just a note, there is also a 25% lego games coupon that I got in both my TRU Rewards accounts. I do not see why this would not stack on top of the sale prices as it does not stipulate not valid on sale prices/only on regular price items. Only stipulations are in store only and not valid on unbeatable price items. I plan on tying it, but will not be at a TRU until tomorrow prob.

That'd be really cool if the 25% stacks. Let us know how it works out when you go.

I got Race 3000 for all the telephones and ramses pyramid for the tan 32x32 baseplate plus sunblock... a lot of great pieces between all these sets plus I stumbled on 4 Bricktober 2011 magnets for a penny each! All of a sudden TRU isn't so horrible, wish I'd known about those coupons, will have to check my rewards account.

The promo is actually a free Sunblock for every $20. I got 3 Atlantis games that were on clearance for $16.98, minus the 20% made them $13.58. 3 of them came out to $40.74 so was entitled to 2 Sunblocks. They were out of the Sunblocks and subbed Pirates Plank instead

I couldn't find te Atlantis game so I ended up with 1 Pirate Plank and 1 Rameses Return for $21.58 and the free Sun Block game. My daughter wanted to buy some Zinkies (don't ask they are minature Squinkies - don't ask, better for those who don't know what they are! ) so I used a $5 off $25 so I got 3 games for $16.58, which isn't bad since we've wanted the Pirate Plank one or a while.

And TRU if you are watching...the Sun Block is on clearane at your store for $9.98 and with 20% off it is 7.98 so it really is not a $11.99 value!
