Ah so it is an Olympic Torch...scale seems off though. I would call it a cauldron before a torch. The funny think is when I asked the LEGO sales associate, they weren't sure what it was either.

"Hey LEGO.... why don't you sell the LEGO Store model in LEGO Stores!?"

This has to be one of the absolute lamest promotions I have ever seen.

I think two of those things are awesome.

1) brick fiesta in Houston. I went to the first brick fiesta in austin last year. It was great. This year promises to be bigger and better.

2) the minifig set - if it is exclusive like it says, could be a nice way to get some rare torsos.

AND if you attend the brick fiesta convention, you can use any convention discounts to get to your $100 for the free figs.

Man, I am so glad there isn't much going on in July. My wallet can finally take a break!
