Does anyone know if yoyo.com will freeze your order if you create a new account but with a different shipping address than billing address? (I used the 15% code already but would like to place another order using the 20% referral code using a different credit card but ship to my work address instead of my home address). Thank you.

^--This will be fine I think. I made a duplicate account (not now but back then when yoyo had the amazon local coupon thing) to use a 20% that somebody else referred me to. And sent to work. I did not use credit card I used paypal same paypal account for both purchases and there was no problem. So I can't guarantee the system won't check your credit card against new user but from what I experienced the making of account-filling delivery address and the payment processes-billing address are completely separate.
