My local costco has the lego advent calendar 4428 for 27.99 that's 30% off MSRP.

Also has ewok attack 7956 and sith nightspeeder 7957 for 27.99 as well.

Confirmed at Richmond Costco. They also have this Duplo Farm set. The advent calendars seem to be going fast. Only 2.5 pallets left.

Costco in Victoria had a fair amount but going fast. In the time it took me to look over the box, 6 other people took 1 or 2. I would say if they're going that fast in Victoria, you better head to your local Costco now if you want one.

Just checked Markham East Costco and didn't see it. They did have the Ewok Attack and Sith Nightspeeder.

Same experience as @sneaky07 in Kanata, ON location. Workers I asked didn't know anything about it.

I tried downtown Vancouver costco. they had the ewok attack and sith night speeder as well but they didn't have the advent. I asked the manager station, and they checked the computer he said Richmond had 122 as of this morning.

Surrey Costco had them in stock too, so I got my Mother-in-law to pick one up.
