Just got an email from Mastermind toys. Both advent calendars (city and star wars) are 50% off (19.97 for city, 24.97 for Star Wars). What I can't tell for certain is if it is only or in store as well, its not clear.
They also claim to have all the LEGO Hobbit sets in stock (sorry, not on sale).

Bought a City Advent Calendar, thanks. There doesn't seem to be any Star Wars Advent Calendars in stock online though.

The Mississauga store on Eglington (& Hurontario) still had quite a few City calendars left today (bought 3 for $20 each) and had a few Star Wars one's left as well.

Lucky enough to pick up one in Oshawa as I was passing through, but it was one that was wrapped for someone who never showed up for it. otherwise they had none at all!
