Superstore Sale or Clearance?

Came across Super Heroes Superman vs Power armor Lex #6862 for $12.17 at Superstore in Winnipeg. Kind of an odd price for a sale. Apparently all the Superstores in Winnipeg have it at this price. The "normal" price for this set is $24.99. Not a bad price considering you get 3 minifigs in this set. I wonder if it's being retired or just discontinued from Superstore?

Checked out the Superstore by Scarborough Town Centre, nothing there.

Metrotown Superstore had a bunch the morning. Grabbed one and left some for others. Price is not marked so had to price check at cashier first and it rang up just over $12

Richmond had 6, bought one, left 5. The shelf was marked $12.17.

Yes, but they are discontinued, which means they will not restock.

I just bought one from the Metrotown Superstore for $12.17 on May 31st. I didn't think it would be on sale but I guess I lucked out!
