New UCS Sets 2013

Post by Marcus70 » Tue May 28, 2013 10:36 am

Reading postings on Neogaf, here are the retail prices for the next wave of UCS sets:

10234 Sydney Opera House - $279.99
10235 Winter Village Market - $89.99
10236 Star Wars Ewok Village - $249.99

EDIT: Noted forum member Grogall has also confirmed/posted these prices on brickset in Euros (so we will see if the prices hold in the US).

That's because the medieval village has been retired for a year after 3-4 years being aviable for the incredibly cheap for 1600 pieces, $100.

The medieval village was incredibly cheap and well detailed, I bought 2 but regret not picking up more it's perfect for MOC's and now that the medieval / kingdom theme has been resurrected that set would be perfect.

And often $89 on Amazon, which makes me think this new Winter set will be a no-brainer and hopefully at least half as cool as MMV, one of my favorite sets

Rumor: According to posting on bricklink, the Ewok village will be shown in Czech Republic, tomorrow, (June 1st) and the set is due to retail in September 2013.

Makes sense, some Star wars thing happened in September or something so LEGO releases a big Star Wars set every September.
