A new LEGO Brand Store set has been discovered at the LEGO.com Customer Service Instructions download page. 40145 LEGO Retail store would most likely be the next edition of the LEGO store set that is currently being given away at brand-new LEGO store grand openings. I've read recently that a Lego store will be opening in the new retail complex being built at the WorkdTrade Center.

I wasn't there Saturday for when the giveaway was but you need to go to that store, it's BEAUTIFUL! It's where the Bionicle VIP event was held.
