New Lego Star Wars UCS Snowspeeder™ (75144)
When comparing it to it's predecessor, the 2003 version, we can see it's a completely different building style. The 2003 version was built using a lot of slope pieces and had a lot of studs showing on the wings. While the new one uses more modern techniques in the use of plates. We can also see that fewer studs are shown (I refuse to use say SNOT) on the wings of the new one. And lastly the new one doesn't have the same width to it's wings that the older version did, so it has a bit of a sharper look.
Are you guys excited about this? Or have you lost interest in Hoth after the Assault on Hoth™ set came out last year?

Here are some potential figures that will be in the set, I am not sure which ones yet, as of now I can tell you the ones on the right look new.

There are vehicles that haven't gotten the UCS treatment right?

Nahhh.... No one cares about those. Did we ever get a UCS A-Wing? No? Nah... not needed. We need a $250 Snowspeeder that has some very odd angles in it... yeah that's what we need!crazybirdman wrote:There are vehicles that haven't gotten the UCS treatment right?

Now it just needs a UCS AT-AT to take down or a UCS AT-AT to stomp on it.

Lol, if it were at the right scale to match the Snowspeeder, it would have to be upwards of $1000.dr_spock wrote:Now it just needs a UCS AT-AT to take down or a UCS AT-AT to stomp on it.

I believe this is the figure we will be getting in this set. You can see the awesome new prints on the arms that we had not seen in previous versions.
