FBTB is reporting that attendees for the San Diego Comic Con 2012 are given the opportunity to purchase a mini LEGO Star Wars Darth Maul can for $40. A bit more to the expensive side, but it does contain a cool Mini Sith Infiltrator as well as a Darth Maul promotional minifigure.

Given that this will be an instant collectible - catching multiples of what it costs, it is really not that bad. For those who have the chance to purchase this, you can just buy two and sell one - that way you more than offset the price!

It all depends on how many AFOLs are out there. maximum is 2 per person. only 200 a day. But I have to agree, you would need to buy two just to get a decent deal. Is there a different line for the other Lego offerings?

I feel like I made out pretty well! I got 3 of them: numbers 250, 850, and 855! I also scored a Phoenix minifig!

Pretty nifty but $40? That's a pretty insane price unless you can resell them.

That doesn't seem to be much of a problem. I've had several offers locally for 100-150 for each without even trying. I gave one to my girlfriend and am holding onto the other two for a while.
