That looks great. The new Pirates theme is perfect and a delightful nostalgia trip. I think my first themed Lego set may have been a Pirates set too.

^ Last year's Retro Spaceman Minifigure set was released in N.Am two months after the European release, in September. I wouldn't be surprised if this one follows suit.

As someone who was fortunate enough to have been around for the initial Pirate theme release, I'm not exactly sure what's so "retro" about this set. Seems pretty"modern" to me in piece use and design.

^^ Yeah, good point. While it had the new style crash helmet, the spaceman at least had a robot companion that was designed to look like one of the classic space robots.
