Interesting. Since it's almost tax return time, thoughts on someone like me, who is trying to supplement their "hobby income", buying one of each of these sets and holding onto them and reselling them for a higher price later? I know its a touch subject, but I am not a scalper or even really a reseller...just a dedicated Lego guy whose trying to keep his hobby going...

^^jmeminno, I am a huge novice to this but have read a good bit about buying to invest. Like any investment it's a crapshoot, but typically licensed products are pretty solid. The fact this one's been around EIGHT years, though, probably means a lot of people have it in hand. And if this rumor slacker mentioned is true, value won't hold as well when they release a new version.

I'm not too familiar with how lego numbers their sets but maybe it could be the size of those little planet sets with a fig inside for $10.

I managed to snag the Last Star Wars Death Star at the Lego store here in Vancouver the other day. Looking to order 1 more from shop.lego.com tonight. Got to have one to build and one to keep sealed :)
