[USA] LEGO Series 7 Minifigures - Now Available Instores

The hunt for LEGO minifigures starts again! Reports are coming in that Toys R Us and Fred Meyer stores are now carrying LEGO Series 7 Minifigures 8831. Official release date for the US market is in May 2012, but looks like Toys R Us and Fred Meyer is selling them early. You may want to head over to your local store to have a look! Fred Meyers is selling them for $2.99 while Toys R Us has them marked up to $3.49. Thanks to Donna and forum member Hotspur for the heads up.

*For those that do not know, Fred Meyers is a supermarket retailer in Northwest Pacific with stores in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.

Where in the USA (Toy R US locations) were the Series 7 MInifigures found??? Does anyone have the SKU or Toy R US item number...

Went to two TRUs in Houston, and all they had were series 5.
I may just wait till they show up at the Lego store, and save a few dollars.

I got the information that I need, same here Cimmerian, I had only series 5 and 6 at the Toys R US stores here in Maryland.

Found them today at Fred Meyer. Had at least 6 boxes out but heavily picked through. I felt through 12 packs and got one double. This is my very first incorrect minifigure. Also met an AFOL with his son feeling out the bags and had a nice chat with him. Also helped him feel out some minifigs. Unfortunately there was no 10% off coupon available so I had to buy them at MSRP. Well, at least I'm saving $0.50 per pack.

I saw them at 2 toys r us locations in NY and they were marked up to 3.99 per pack and the 10 off 50 sale seems to have ended mid week so I didn't bother getting any.

Yea I gave them that number today and she said to me that they did not have any and that the system did not allow her to check and see the surrounding stores. Oh well, it seems like I am going to have to wait.

Checked 3 Freddies today. Didn't see any. Locals on BL already have 50 galaxy patrol guys up so I probably ventured out too late.

Don't know where in Washington state you are in but the Bellingham Fred Meyer had plenty.

Not sure I'm ready for another series so soon. S6 just came out last month around here, now here we are again with another. I wish they'd back off the crazy release-fever and give consumers a chance to breathe.

Picked up 11 at Eugene, OR fred meyer today with 10% off home coupon. I'm not good at pack searching so I just grabbed random packs. Ended up with 8 different figs, 2 extra evel kinevel types and 1 extra mayan warrior! Really like this set!

If you just bought the captain america set recently, the daredevil/evel kinevel fig looks right at home on the avenging cycle, especially with the stickers applied!

Got lucky, my local TRU (Pittsburgh) must've just put them out yesterday morning. They were marked at the full $3.99, but when I went to the register they rang up for only $3.49! Plus, got the free Mini-Racer. Nice surprise with the "normal" price.
