H.F. James writes in to let us know that the new LEGO Architecture 21014 Villa Savoye is now available for sale at Amazon.com. Price is $69.99 with free shipping and no tax to most states.

*Expected release date is September 2012 so Amazon is releasing this very early! We haven't seen any pictures of this Paris architecture set yet so someone should order it. (there's 5 left at the moment)

Just googled the real life building. Not sure how it's "blending with nature". Falling Water this is not. Still, ahead of its time in terms of design I suppose.

I don't know if this will be a top-seller? From 1928... I am unsure why they don't pick something a little more popular as the intent should be to sell this to a broad audience.

Haven't heard of this building before. Did a quick Google serach and it looks pretty bland. It has some nice shapes and curves, but why not do something else?

It looks like this building could be easily recreated using a low count of bricks. That's probably what TLG was going for. It must be hard getting an accurate representation of architectural wonders yet keeping a broad range of prices. I wonder how well the Architecture series is selling?

:what?: I read the article incorrectly and thought it was a pre-order. And may we have some more pics soon?
