So if we wait till mid-month to get Tote bag, Carousel and Apollo Saturn V will no doubt be out of stock...

The bag is fine, but $199 is ridiculous. It should be free with $100 purchase.Shannon510 wrote:I kind of want the tote bag. (Quickly ducks for cover)

Why is it free with a $199 purchase, has a free gift ever been like that, because I can't recall that ever happening.Brick & Blue wrote:The bag is fine, but $199 is ridiculous. It should be free with $100 purchase.Shannon510 wrote:I kind of want the tote bag. (Quickly ducks for cover)

You would have to ask LEGO why a bag that probably cost them 4 cents to make is free with $199. That's the first time it's ever been that high, and I doubt it will be the last.

Do you know a supplier who can supply them for 4 cents? The ones around here charge around $10 for a cotton tote bag with our club logo printed on it.Brick & Blue wrote:You would have to ask LEGO why a bag that probably cost them 4 cents to make is free with $199. Yeah, the price point for inclusion is steep and kind of weird that they would make it so high. Thankfully there are so many new sets coming out that month that I should have no problem hitting it.

I was being sarcastic with the price. There is no excuse for the price point of $199 besides LEGO knows it can. The free sets are valued at $10 and are free with $75 or $99, you telling me the bag is $20? No way.
I wouldn't be surprised if LEGO's Christmas set promos this year or next are no longer at a $99 price point but now at a $199 one.

Does anyone have further info on the wonder woman and super girl mini build? I have a 5 and 2 year old so if there's age limits we probably have to skip it, vs toys r us doesn't seem to care.

I want to say the age range is 6-14, but I'm probably wrong. A 5 year old would most likely be welcome, but there isn't a chance that the two year old would be (choking hazard), however you need to call and register a date and time to go in anyways, so you might as well call and ask.grommom wrote:Does anyone have further info on the wonder woman and super girl mini build?
