Confirmed, found them in Barrie, Ontario for $3.99. I think I have managed to get a complete set plus a few doubles. I swore off CMFs when then bumped the price of the Lego Batman movie ones up to $5, so this is a great development. Now, once they are "officially" released on May 1st these ones might go up to $5 as well, who knows. Speaking of LEGO Batman CMFs' my Toys R Us still have TONS of them. Hoping for a 50% off clearance. :)

CrossIron TRU in Alberta were putting these on the shelf (looked to be 6-8 boxes) this afternoon at$3.99 each :)

Bought a full set at the Lego Store in Guildford. I relieved they cost $3.99 not 4.99 like the Batman series.

FYI, these are selling for $3.19 (CAD and USD) on Lego.com. Get them quick!
