If I were a kid, I'd definitely like them. They have the same anachronism that made me love the Time Cruisers and Time Twisters.

I would have loved them (lots). Someone mentioned (somewhere) that Nexo Knights have a little in common with He-man. They do very much remind me of shows and toys from the 80's with their merging of history with technology. As an AFOL my only complaint is that I want helmets and armor (printing on torso's as well) that fit into a more historically accurate scene (some of the parts are a little too futuristic to do this). Still.. I love them. Some of the parts work and others don't and I'm very happy to get medieval parts.

They already released a 2nd wave right? Still I know what you mean.. will the theme continue or not. Since its a LEGO theme they can twist the stories and continue to introduce new villains and worlds so its not limited in that way :)

I've anecdotally heard that they are selling pretty well through LEGO channels. They don't appeal to me, but the King's Mech is a fantastic set.

TLG needs to tap whoever is designing the current Ninjago line to lead the next original IP run. I don't collect the line, but Ninjago is absolutely killing it with nice designs lately.

To be clear I do love what Nexo Knights have done. I think I prefer the Nexo Knight Hover horses over the vehicle that orko is sitting on in the top left picture.
