A teaser image from LEGO Twitter shows 10258 LEGO London Bus has been placed next to a much bigger set. Its 4.86 times bigger than the 20,000 cm3 box that fits 10258 London Bus.

Would it be the upcoming 21310 Old Fishing Store, a UCS LEGO Star Wars Millennium Falcon or something else? What set could it possibly be?

It's the Falcon. It will probably be the biggest set ever.

If you take the image and mess with the contrast/brightness you can see through the white sheet covering the box. You can clearly see a LEGO logo in the top left and what appears to be a cockpit for the Millennium Falcon! There is quite the discussion about it happening at the Lego subreddit at the moment and that's where I got this picture. You can do the brightness contrast thing yourself if you think it might be fabricated.
