[REVIEW] LEGO Target Bullseye Gift Card 4659758
Indexed
This is my first every review so hope this goes well.
So let get on with it. For those who didn't know, this LEGO set is currently being given out for free with a purchase of a gift card. The minimum amount you must load onto the gift card is $5. Plus you could also use the $5 you just loaded onto the gift card to purchase another gift card, so that means you could clear out the whole stock of these things, all for the price of $5!
The box:
The packaging can be folded into a little book:
Plastic Casing:
Gift Card:
Once you open up the plastic casing, you are greeted with one package of parts and one of the two instruction manuals.
Here we have all the parts laid out:
Instructions for the polar bear:
Instructions for Bullseye:
Instructions for snowman:
Bullseye *Note* The eyes in this set including the 'Target' is printed onto the brick. No stickers!
Parts leftover from Bullseye:
Polar Bear:
Parts leftover from Polar bear:
Snowman:
Parts leftover from Snowman:
Summary: Nifty little LEGO set you get for free. I would say go for it, I think its well worth the five bucks if you shop at Target often or if you don't, just spend the five dollars on a LEGO set for yourself!
Ratings:
Build: 2.5/5
Pieces: 2/5
Price: 4/5
Play Features: 1.5/5
Overall: 3.75/5
*Please leave some constructive criticism on my review! Thanks*

Re: [REVIEW] LEGO Target Bullseye Gift Card
Great review! This is such a cute little set, I really like the dog and the bear. I haven't opened mines yet, but man, I should have brought a few more the other day. Didn't know they were this cool!
I'm not sure if the cashier will be quite happy though if you buy a gift card and use it right away for another one (for lots of them).

I rate it excellent because its basically free :)
Re: [REVIEW] LEGO Target Bullseye Gift Card
It's really cool that they continued the theme from last year but didn't just release the same exact thing. The dog model was the only one last year and it was in a sitting position, this one is standing - then you get the instructions and extra pieces for two more variant builds, making it like a Creator 3-in-1 set - classy move on their part.
Re: [REVIEW] LEGO Target Bullseye Gift Card
You beat me to it! Nice review.
I personally don't like the snowman, his arms are too short!
I do really think it is an improvement that the gift card is removable and you don't have to bring the box to redeem the gift card, that was a total pain last year. The size of the box is really nice and good for keeping minifigures or other little treasures. My daughter loves filling boxes with stuff.

Yeah, the snowman is my least favourite of them all. The best one in my opinion is the polar bear. I think snowman kinda resembles this one released a few years back in 2009:atmail35 wrote:You beat me to it! Nice review.

Nice review! I bought a few of these, and I think that they're pretty well-done. This was the first 3-in-1 set I've ever gotten, and for the price, why not get a couple?

Re: [REVIEW] LEGO Target Bullseye Gift Card
I'll repeat a summary of what I said in the availability thread. This thing rocks. I was already crazy about Bullseye last year, but this set takes it to an awesome level. 49 pieces vs 31, detachable gift card, paper packaging can help wrap the present, and enough extra pieces to create a Bullseye Jr after making the polar bear.

Yep, good luck finding them. Target really should have a limit of ONE, I don't care if it's supposed to be gifts.
Re: [REVIEW] LEGO Target Bullseye Gift Card
Guys, just found this is available online. (you need to pay for shipping $2 though). i think it is quite worth it! (save a lot of driving time and gas!)
http://www.target.com/p/Lego-2011-GiftCard/-/A-13816567" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I think you need to choose at least $25 each (and choose by MAIL).
do not think it can be delivered by EMAIL..
