A promotional LEGO 5001622 Store Employee Polybag set has surfaced online. The set contains a LEGO Store Employee in Black Uniform and a 2 x4 red brick. What do you think of the minifigure? Should he be wearing the yellow apron like what we typically see at the LEGO Store? Thanks to BrickOwl and Brickset for the news.

What no Pick-a Bricks wall section? The Pick a Brick Wall would be the most interesting build/design part of the interior of a Lego store. The lack of a Salesclerk Apron does takes away from its authenticity - in the USA - a Lego saleclerk wears a blue full apron with pockets. . In my area about 1/3 of of the Lego sales clerks are female too. The large brick stand is spot one but not special (looks like a Duplo).

From what I hear that is what the uniform is over in Europe.

I saw over on Brickset that people who placed orders from S&H in the US were getting this minifigure included in their package. I placed a small order to give it a try. Today I did get my items and the freebie.
I debated whether they would send it if they used a bubble envelope mailer so I opted to order something in a box to ensure everything was mailed in a box.
