The 2015 LEGO Modular Building has finally surfaced! The next building will be LEGO 10246 Detective’s Office from the Creator Expert line. It contains 2262 pieces and 6 minifigures. Looks like you get 2 mini buildings like the Pet Shop, but they can’t be separated. No pricing details are available yet, but it should be priced similar to previous modular building sets. We should have the press release soon in the next few weeks so stay tune for that. (via Eurobricks)
