Although LEGO has recently raised the MSRP price for LEGO Minifigures Series from $3.49 to $3.99 each in Canada ($2.99 to $3.99 in USA), retailers in Canada are still selling the newly released Simpsons Minifigures for $3.49 each. They are currently listed at $3.99 at LEGO Shop at Home in both Canada and USA. I can sense that retailers will soon mark these up to $3.99 soon so don’t delay!
Reports of minifigures being spotted at $3.49 includes Wal-Mart, Target and Chapters so far. Thanks to forum members hatcher, timtosino and Legobrandon for the heads up.
Larger Wal-Mart stores (or the old ones that recently got converted to Grocery Super Centres) generally has a larger Toys department and should receive about 8-12 boxes of minifigures. The smaller stores such as Grocery Super Centres typically receive 2-4 boxes. Good luck with your minifigures hunt!
