Re: [Amazon] Imperial Shuttle 10212 $209
Unfortunately I didn't have it in the deals section, but R-2 was listed there at an additional bit off the original discount, so I grabbed that. Also, for folks getting the IS, don't forget to add the Amazon Gund bear - it will become free when you check out (not in your cart when you first add it),...

The Ninjago Epic Dragon Battle for $99 (with coupon) isn't bad - retail Is $120. And at least right now Amazon doesn't have it in stock except from resellers.

My tower bridge order also cancelled, but my order of a vampire castle and small monster fighters set to go over $100 shipped. So maybe they belatedly blocked all sets over $100 from being fulfilled? Did anyone get one over $100 shipped?

Why would something purchased with a gift card earn points? Double dipping would be nice, but I can't think of any programs that give you point credit for purchases paid for with gift cards...

Re: Target - Summer Clearance
I found the pod racers set at a local target for $63 today - 30% off. They also had the bounty hunter gunship for $35 (I've seen that one for $35 at some targets and $42 at another, so really is random). Harry Potter was only 15% off (and the base price appeared to be marked up).

Re: Target - Summer Clearance
Not too much at our local Target, but I didn't make it until this afternoon...picked up a SW bounty hunter gunship for $35, which was 30% off. Not bad. Most other stuff was only 15% off...primarily AC...

Re: [US/CA] LEGOShop Free Hulk Minifigure w/$50 Purchase
Ha, our store was quite liberal in handing them out. Bought Town Hall with a 10% discount today, so total was $180 ($189 with tax) and I got 4. Then in a separate transaction (not deliberate, just forgot about the series 7 minifigs) we spent just over $50 and got another Hulk. But we know the manage...

Re: [USA] ToysRUs LEGO Sale: January 22-28
At our store the Olivia's House was $76 - still a markup but with the free set it was still a bit below MSRP overall (especially with our rewards bucks and promo gift cards we had). Ironically they were pulling down the "spend $50 and get a free set" signs to replace them with the $75 sign...

Re: [USA] LEGO Friends @ Target
Doing the scanner check, looks like every local Target has every set - but none of them are out at most stores. Although I will add that at the DC store where I saw one set out, it was with the Duplo stuff in an aisle quite far away from the Lego sets, so folks may want to check out other aisles as ...

Target in Washignton DC had one set - Butterfly Beauty Shop (if I recall correctly). It was $25. Picked one up for my daughter from Santa!

Re: [USA] Special Invitation for VIP Members to shop before
That's about right. I will note that the regional manager was at our store (Tysons Corner VA) and he recently fired all the previous manager staff (who were awesome) and brought in a new team - so our store was a bit more strict about some of the policies I think because of his presence...the new ma...

Re: [USA] Special Invitation for VIP Members to shop before
All in all, it was fine but nothing special. They did give everyone a free pab box, which is nice. No special deals - there was one damaged box that had a 10% discount in the whole store. But even that they had a hard time stacking with the scratcher. And they enforced the policy of applying the scr...

Re: [USA] Special Invitation for VIP Members to shop before
Hi autobrick, Kevin just replied back to me this morning with the following answer. Discounts cannot be combined, we’ll use the highest discount available. If the customer spends $150 and gets a 25% off scratch card, then they will get 25% off the purchase total. This seems a little underwhelming -...

Not sure of your reasoning - the set would still be on sale tomorrow too, so should be $45 tomorrow as well.

Working again, but as a buy one get one 50% off on those selected sets. Plus most of the prices have been raised somewhat (Fire Brigade now $150 instead of $140 last night). http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?ie=UTF8&location=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2Fgp%2Ffeature.html%3Fie%3DUTF8%26docI...
