I ve sent a mail to customer service and they said it s True. Even if it s not stated anywhere.
Just find the right cashier, maybe on a back entrance and you wont have problems.

The store sells the set for the msrp or less. I have the right to sell it at my own price (not Over msrp if it is still avaiable). Some guys hate resellers, i am fine with that, but thank god we have them or you would never been able to get a set that you missed the year before or even years before....

If the regular Timmy wants a deal too then he should be more aware of what is going around and Just dont expect a clearence item to fall from the sky in his hands.

The only way to make money out of this set is selling loose minifigures and part out the set on bricklink.

I got like 10 or something, a couple from the Lego S@h the rest from toysrus Saturday event.
I think i will list them for 10 bucks each, it seems fair compared to the 5,99 usd of the toysrus website.

Got a few...missing the one i opened or myself.
Hope to make some Timmy happy with these.
