Re: New Format for Monthly Mini Model Build - how was it?

One random question....are they giving out the business sized card with the picture of the set and the piece inventory? I totally forgot about it and we did not receive one. I suppose it's not necessary now that they have a list of who is coming etc. From listings I've seen on eBay, the cards do ex...

Re: August Monthly Mini Model Build Registration Date: July

I wonder how quickly it will fill up. Got our spot this AM but this could get stressful! Did anyone else get duplicate confirmation emails? I registered first thing this morning, got a confirmation a few hours later, and then go another one about 1/2 hour ago. When I looked about an hour ago, the t...

Re: July 2015 LEGO Shop Promotion & Offers

Called customer service. The August registration will start at 9am (EST) on July 7th. So just some first few cycles issues. (I did get up at 6am local time to try to register, sigh..., not my best time of day!)

Re: LEGO UFO - April 2015 Mini Model Build

Vynsane keeps a record of them on his dropbox, too, if they've been 'archived' at the main site. A'yup, I've added this one to my dropbox too, available in my signature under 'Instructions_Official' -> 'MMMB'. Thanks for doing this. It's nice to have them all in one spot. Have you seen the Lego Ame...

Re: Bricklink problems. Advice requested

Yes, he's in the US, I'm in Canada. No tracking info was given. I have never had anything held up in customs so I suppose that could the case, but it was literally 2 pieces. Grand total of $2.25 plus shipping. I did pay through paypal and my address is correct there so that shouldn't be the issue. ...

Re: Bricklink problems. Advice requested

Where is the seller located? If they're in a different country, could the packages have gotten stuck in customs? Do you have any tracking information? Filing a NSS really has nothing to do with getting your money back. Did you pay through paypal? No address issues? Communication is the key here - ke...

Never mind. Someone on eurobricks.com found the club instructions and also created an LXF file for this build. Thank you to everyone who read my post.

Peacock using parts from 31031

Hi, On the Amazon listing for 31031, there is an image of a peacock as a "4th" model from this set. I've been playing with the parts from this set in an attempt to build the peacock. I've gotten pretty far - still not totally happy with the back of the bird (I think I nailed the tail feath...

Re: Target Canada In Store Clearance

From the news report I just read, Target is closing down their operations in Canada. They've been approved to put a bunch of money into an employee trust that will give all employees a minimum of 16 weeks of pay and benefits as they close down operations. The stores will stay open during the liquida...

Re: LEGO Store Calendar, Dec. 2014 (US/CA)

Hi cmrt1014, would you kindly post a link? I can't find the article on Brickset. Thanks for the info. I'm still grateful for those three coupons. I already have Han, but missed out on the Store Employee and who wouldn't love to get your own custom made three minfigs for free (with a purchase, of co...

Re: LEGO Store Calendar, Dec. 2014 (US/CA)

Would someone kindly someone confirm if there are other coupons, in addition to the three vynsane mentioned? I have seen pics of the calendar and those three coupons, but I figured those were the only coupons for the entire year. I can't imagine if there were 12 of those style coupons! I'm a Lego f...

Re: Toys R Us Event June 14

Thanks, I now remember finding that and trying to figure out if the images are color challenged or if this is a new color for this part. When inventorying the rest of the parts, some of the parts that look light are not available in light, but are in dark. Sigh... We'll see what is actually available.

Re: Toys R Us Event June 14

Don't all of them contain Mixel joints?

Does anyone know what the part is on the front (chest) of the middle model? I've been able to figure out the rest of the parts (I think!), but am at a loss on that one.

Thanks!

Hi,

The link to your dropbox in your signature is blocked. Older pdf's are not visible. Any chance of fixing that?

Thanks

Re: UK Lego Retail Store 2014 Promotional Calendars

Hi! I've been watching for them as well. As of last week, I recall that the individual store pages had March, but that's reverted back to the holiday one as well. I'm not sure this is really of any help, but here's March's: http://cache.lego.com/r/stores/-/media/brand%20retail/stores/news/2014/eu%20...

Re: Barbara's Cereal & Snacks 2014 LEGO Movie Promotion

Small correction: There is a code inside each package which one can enter online for a chance at either the $5 movie credit (good for any Warner Bros movie through the end of the year) OR a $1 off a Barbara's product. As the items are $5+ in my local store, I couldn't make the numbers work for me. F...
