Its the TMNT Shellraiser set. Ditto on the find...saw a bunch of those @ 50% in the Chesapeake Sq. Mall store here in Virginia. I think I remember reading over at Brickset that this set was being recalled by Lego due to instability issues or the like. Maybe thats the reason for the clearance.
