Sounds an awful lot like price fixing to me

The sets are not all that attractive, but the a few sets of minifigs might be worth holding onto though, the 4 turtles, shredder and splinter (splinter is questionable because he looks so different from the original series).

I wish they could get approval to do licensed CMF series, super heroes, lord of the rings, starwars. (I have heard they can't do this because they are only able to sell building sets and single minifigs would be considered actionfigures.) It looks like the party is mostly over, of the exclusives are back to regular price, and the few things that are on sale are not as deeply discounted
