I've been following Toysnbricks for a few years now... and I've noticed a trend. Walmarts in Winnipeg get all the deals. I don't see anything like this in Vancouver.

Are people buying this set because they want it? Or for investment? I'm feeling like this set is probably one of those over-produced sets by Lego and many retailers will have huge inventory of it. I don't blame Walmart for these types of sales... maybe it is intentional -- how do you make consumers visit your site frequently, and not competitors? They spring these surprise amazing deals. What pisses me off is the Black Friday deals... how can it sell out BEFORE black friday on the thursday......

Thanks so much for posting! There's lots of great deals, but the stock is so limited (e.g. 1 per store) that I was only realistically able to buy only 1 set from my local London Drugs for pickup.
