What's happening on Friday? You mean Black Friday the 27th?

Apparently it was OOS for some people / but in stock at $64 for others. I saw it on clearance myself earlier this morning, then I noticed it was OOS, now back in stock by at regular price. Not quite sure what was going really.

I totally agree and might I say, this goes all the up to LEGO itself. With the recent abrupt extension for VIP points this October, which in my mind was to appease angry customers, LEGO has become quite stingy. Why bother with sales/giveaways when they're the top toy manufacturer, maximize profits...

Has anyone received shipping confirmations on the second batch that was made available on Dec. 5th? Phantom stock?

Last time I ordered from sears and shipped to one of their stores, the LEGO box (they did not bother to brown box the shipment of anything) was massacred beyond comprehension - dents, creases, puncture holes. After asking for a refund, they did not refund the shipping cost. Anecdotal but beware.
