WOW that's bad. Sure, Lego will send you replacements, but they need to get their QC in gear. They seem to be taking their reputation for granted now that accolades are mindlessly repeated.

I have tried to make this "sale" work for me and there is just nothing worth the trouble. Maybe Barrel Escape, maybe. But I went to TRU yesterday to attempt a price match with Target and was politely stonewalled by the manager. He insisted that they did NOT match online prices... price_01....

IF you can get your TRU to let you use the $10 GC coupon multiple times, THEN there are some possible deals. I could spend $40 easily if they'd ever get more CMF 11 in.

Wow, did anybody else see the blink-of-an-eye sale on the Batcave? Amazon dropped it to $49. Bought the limit of 2 and it had gone back to RRP by the time I made it to Target to price match 30 minutes later.

Maybe it's cuz I'm a literature snob, but I think of BL as a really fat book: some people just look at it and go "UGH! No way!" while others start on page 1 and plod their way through the superabundance of info and functions contained. Don't be afraid to ask questions in the BL forum eithe...

^That's a tad erroneous. There's a total of 5 unique printed pieces, and they are *very* slow sellers at $2-3 each.

The Mine has been $69 at every store I went to. Left them all, in preference of $40 Gungan Subs! JP was still $95 at all 5 stores, so seems to be more "miss" than "hit."

Just a tip (or anecdote) for my fellow bargaineers: store had no LotR in stock, lady at customer service kiosk looked up Helms Deep, ordered 2 to be shipped to my home, applied BOGO50 coupon at register, arrived 3 days later. I did not get the 10% member discount because it was a "preorder"...
