Just popped into my local TRU and noticed that they now carry the 10225 R2-D2! At the inflated price of $259.99, it may however be worth taking a look at during the next Star Wars sale. An additional 20% off would bring it down to $208, which is not a bad price for a previously exclusive set.

The Batman Visual Dictionary is also available at Costco as well (YMMV). If I recall correctly, I believe I picked it up for around $12.99. Comes with the sweet Electro Suit Batman minifig.

The Friends Brickmaster book is also available for $16.99.

It probably depends on how much they've got leftover after that week's promo is over. If they're stuck with a lot left, then they just try to sell them. So lets hope everyone's local store will have tons of ghosts leftover next week!
