Can you combine the $5 with the 10% coupon from the mail?

I was in Target today and I found a few LEGO Friends on clearance for 30% off.
I got 2 of the Butterfly Beauty Shop and 2 of the City Park Cafe! Anyone else seen anything like this? It was quite surprising to me since the Friends are new for 2012!

I'd be a little hesitant ordering from Italy, personally. Their postal system doesn't have the best reputation. But I have not dealt with it myself so I cannot say for sure. This is true, ive had stuff stolen from a box shipping from the us to italy, but given that this is from amazon, i feel safe....
