Re: LEGO as piñata filler

That sounds like a cool idea! I don't think they will get any more damaged than those in a used pile of bricks. I think they will be fine, and I don't think the kids will care if they have some very slight marks :-)

Looking for Hulk from 6868

I recently opened what I thought was a new, sealed 6868, only to find someone had already taken the Hulk

So if anybody has an extra one for trade or sale, let me know. I have a bunch of loose parts and figures as well as some sealed sets - Loot Island, LR stagecoach, etc.

Thanks!

Re: Do any of you guys do this in regards to the Simpsons Le

I've seen a lot of people doing this at the Lego store from kids to adults. I haven't sent it done at the any of the big box stores since they don't have them available anymore, probably because people are buying the full box to feel them up at home. I don't think they have any trouble selling the r...

I actually thought hollow was the norm since they didn't want kids swallowing them and not being able to breathe.

They can destroy their souls and lead them to the dark side.

Re: A Fresh New Perspective.

Ha, almost got me. I actually thought it might be a good idea. I mean, not everyone has the cash to spend on the rising costs of Lego sets. I still remember the big bucket of Tyco blocks my parents got me since they couldn't afford to keep getting me Lego sets when I was little. Sure, they weren't L...

Re: Steal of a Deal / Recent LEGO Purchases

I've also found found Mega Bloks, Tente, and Cobi bricks. I'd never even heard of those last two. If you don't want these pieces I'd be willing to take them off your hands. Yeah, I'll let you know. I still have a bunch to go through and I want to see if I have any complete Tente sets since they loo...

Re: Steal of a Deal / Recent LEGO Purchases

I got all this from a coworker that is cleaning out. I'm still sorting through everything, but so far I've found some SW, Batman, and Spiderman parts. I've also found found Mega Bloks, Tente, and Cobi bricks. I'd never even heard of those last two. I can't wait to finish sorting everything so I can ...

Cloud Cuckoo Palace. My son's favorite character is Unikitty and this set has her plus WyldStyle and Emmett, which is perfect since you can get most of the main characters at a decent price.

Wow, I can't believe it jumped up so high. I have a sealed set I bought at 50% off as well. I'm torn about selling it though, my 2 year old loves Cars.

Thanks, condor! Somehow I missed your comment and only just now saw it because I have some more pics to add. Sorry to sort of hijack your topic! Let me know how you like the Sigma, I'm looking to collect some more lenses, particularly a good telephoto. A few years ago around Christmas week Amazon h...

That would be amazing if they re-released the falcon. I'm sure many AFOL's would be more than pleased if that happened.

Are you looking to trade or sell outright? I would be interested in the Fire Brigade and the VW Bus, but only have trades at the moment.
