Isn't shipping free? Not on some sets unless you have the red card...seems kinda random. Are there any Canadians here with a U.S. Target Red Card? Searched online and there was a news article saying many Canadians already have but one but on the Target.ca site its says they don't know if they will ...

20% off the Town Hall is hot if you ask me. Coupon appears to be instore only and I've never seen anything big in-store (otherwise, I'd be considering Tower Bridge). Good point, its been a while since I've been in store. Has anyone seen the large creator sets in store or are these always online only?
