Re: TRU: The Joker's Bumper Car Poly with $30 purchase
I got the last one last week without buying anything else. When I scanned it, it said lego promo and the price tag. I also scanned a Friends polybag and it also said promo.

i wasn't able to get the spot I wanted. Only ones left are the early ones. I am so surprised on how fast they fill up. In the past, summer was really slow at the store. This will be the second Lego build we've missed.

Re: UEFA Euro 2016 Champions LEGO Team German Soccer Series
These would be good for investment as the Olympic ones around $12 a pop on feebay. I only got one from the Olympic series from a friend of mine. I have friends in German and France. I may need them to get me a box. I don't think they'll have the patience to feel each figures to make a set.

5 Below Simpson series 2 minifigures $2.99
5 Below has Simpson series 2 minifigures for $2.99. I'm not sure if it's for all stores. I took the box because it had price tags of $2.99 all over it but when I got to the check out, it rang $3.99. They gave me the difference back.

I have to agree. Much better than the SW one. Weird how you have to enter a drawing from another booth first.

We weren't rich, so what ever I received, I still have. By the time this set came out, began my dark age.

Re: What was your first LEGO set?
This is the first set that I can remember. I know for sure I had one or two city sets before that. I was 9 when I received this from my uncle when we moved. I really wanted a walkman that my sister got. But that really opened things up as time when on.

Re: LEGO Group to Invest 1 Billion DKK to Search for Sustain
One of the reasons why some of the boxes are so large is because of marketing. If you pay $100 and the box is half the size, consumers will think they are not getting their monies worth. VW's tail lens are made out of recyclable plastic i know for sure. But would lego lower prices of sets if they we...

Event is at capacity for all stores. Registration is closed WOW!!! summer months seem to be slow at my shop and parents may not notice the new process by fall.
I didn't see the two day option. Wednesday is better for me as D&B has half off on games.

I would only buy this set for investment. But in the long run, it might not be worth it. I'm going to pass on this set. I did buy Ecto 1 and the BTTF sets. The Delorean was a let down since the doors were so flimsy.

I've never compared prices in Europe but 165 euros is more than $165. I know we get better prices than the rest of the world. So maybe $129.99 for the Falcon

Re: Change to Monthly Mini Model Build starts July 2015
Since the beginning of the year, Lego allowed you to take the set home if you didn't want to build it there. We always stay. Last month they ran out of sets. By doing a registration, they can guarantee that they cover the regulars and should stock a few extras for walk ons.

There are two near my workplace that don't belong. It's a nice area here. I usually like to go there because rich people don't care to go there. I've had no luck with stores in ghetto areas.
