I just tried to order 20, but it gave me 2 for $5 and the other 18@ $3.49 each. Without the additional 18, the first two ship for $4.85. So it's 2 for $9.85. Standard TRU ripoff.

I just bought one from Target.com for $89.89.

Thanks for sharling the pictures! I hope to setup a similar project myself someday, but my space is very limited right now. Oh, and I'll need to think up a way to include my son's Star Wars sets.

Just bought King's Castle from a local toy store that has a 20% Lego clearance coupon out. Nice deal for $80. Considering this set is appreciating quickly, I'm considering going back to grab the other 3(?) they still have in stock.

Think I got a contender here...Checked today at local TRU in NY, $92.99 for Mill Village ( 7189 ) DANG!!! But it's a really good set...only kidding. When I went to TRU I would say 3/4 of all the shelves of Lego were cleared. I think TRU won this round and will continue along this route for holiday ...

Interesting because I've no idea what is going to show up as "clearance" at our local Target since there's virtually no Legos left other than the small polybagged sets.

At the Lego KidsFest in Hartford earlier this month, they were selling off all remaining Pharaoh's Quest sets at 50%. I had no interest in these earlier, but I'll buy virtually any Lego set at 50% off. As it turns out, the sets I bought were fun and unique builds.

And now it's being sold by various 3rd party vendors on Amazon for $200.
