I think these are incredibly fun. Weird and a little quirky, they should be a goldmine of fun details and unique pieces.

Yeah, The points system for Kmart/Sears can be great. I had a mystery 16000 points that magically appeared yesterday morning. 16 dollars off of the one thing that my store had: ended up paying about 15 dollars for MF Scientist and Monster. Sadly, at this store, everything else on other people's list...

I think the Braintree Target always has the best clearance. I have found incredible stuff. AND you can take a trip to the LBS as well!

I should also say that this was my first event. Since I don't have kids, I don't get opportunities to go to LEGO events. Also, I was hoping there would be some small give away or token of the event, at least. No go.
