It's actually a fantastic deal for parts. If you bought 2, you could get $50 off instead of just $20 off one with a different coupon code....

It was a good deal on the Fairground Mixer. It's sold out now.

I never buy from resellers. There are enough sharks in the supply chain already without adding more at the end. I can understand this perspective when it comes to buying sets -- I have never paid more than retail for a set. Once it is retired and the after-market price goes up, I will likely either...

Unrelated to the "deal" part ... I really like how this set is bagged -- by colour group. I don't know if that's typical for these Classic sets, but I think it's great. A bag of purples, a bag of blues, a bag of tans/browns... 9 bags total.

My local Walmart didn't have any, but I got to a second store this evening and they had a few. Also a Duplo box (~200 parts) for $40.

Everything that is showing in stock on their clearance page is back up to full price. This sounds a little like the problems that people had been having with Emmet's Constructo-o-Mech last week. I would suggest popping in periodically to check on those Wal-Mart prices over the next couple of days. -...

On the Canadian site, it's on for $62.24, discounted from $74.99. Pretty good deal for a set with 20 minifigs!
