$45 now or $450 later.

I can't help but be annoyed by what lego is continuing to do with these "exclusives". It puts the brand in a bad light for me.

The Scalpers will go bats**t crazy with this. Sometimes lego really ticks me off.

I also was thinking that seemed expensive but at the same time I have no experience with the exclusives that people get at conventions occasionally. I never knew if they were free or if they paid for them. He does look better than the one in the other set. I have mixed feelings about exclusives... Its fun for SOME collectors because there is more of a challenge. When its difficult to collect things there is more of a feeling of accomplishment for those that can get all of something or at least get the rare ones. At the same time I think its not fair for collectors that don't have lots of money for overpriced items because they can't "complete" collections. Then again... it does create excitement in the community with fans... I think I'm more ok with alternate versions of characters being made available exclusively than I am characters being completely exclusive (Like Green Lantern and Bizarro). I thinks it ridiculous that some many people want a Green Lantern for their collections (both young kids and adult collectors) but he was only made available to a select few.
I started to ask if anyone knows if the Bizarro was given away or sold at the Convention but then I looked it up. It appears that he was given away through the means of a raffle.
