Is the Town Hall retired?

Any thoughts on when it may be retiring? I need this for my collection. Emphasis on "NEED".
Dont want to pay the retired premium, so i need to get ahold of it before it retires.
I did some research and I was unable to come up with any tangible data regarding the timeframe of retirement.

For the most part, it's gone. Disappeared mid-October.

It has popped up on amazon and walmart on occasion since then. But they only last a minute or two, so you have to be extremely lucky (or run a page monitoring script and be really fast) to catch it.

Check your local stores, too. But don't get your hopes up too high on finding it at retail at this point.

Already? I saw them at the Lego store lastnight during the monthly build. No longer on the website. So you may want to pick one up before the holidays.
