Lego Death Star China.JPG
Lego Death Star Japan.JPG
I've noticed that prices in Asia are generally twice what they are else where. So, $1200 in China should translate to $600 US or $800 CAN.

Another new Teaser from Lego...

Death Star would be $783 in Japan, that's 50% more, not double. The Falcon will not be under $699.99, not ever.

More so because the shipping cost for a rumored 30 pound set will be added into the cost of the set.

I think you're agreeing with my price assessment. It really should be this exciting.

I think so, the price will be one arm and both legs.

And people are still excited over the set. I don't get it. Most of the USA makes under 30k a year, this set will be a month's rent. Hell the set is more than I have ever made in a week. I don't get the excitement over it. I rather have all the big NinjaGo Movie sets, more pieces and for cheaper. It's not even that much bigger than the normal Falcons which are perfect for me.

Almost $100 cheaper in Canada than the US at the current exchange rate... Interesting...

You would think if you pay $800 you would get a fair price per piece, but 10.6¢ a piece is way too high.

Tell us how you really feel.

LEGO brags that there are minifigures from Episode 5 and 7&8. There are only seven minifigures in the set, there should be minifigures from EVERY damn movie.

Obi Wan died back in episode 4. I suppose they could have done a ghost Obi Wan.

Unfortunately, their website isn't handling the demand...

Apparently, with the purchase of the UCS Millennium Falcon, you'll receive in the mail a special addition Black VIP card. Suggestion is you'll receive special offers in the coming year.

I might have to wait another 10 years...

The one they release in 10 years though will actually have more than 7 minifigures and cost $1,500.

I'm surprised that there were only 4 sets per store?
