I just got my shipment from LEGO of the Kingdoms Chess set and Gandalf Arrives. This netted me a Hulk minifigure and the Frodo poster.
On the back of the Frodo poster is printed the following text:

Are the first pics of winter sets usually out in July from the san diego comic con? Maybe someone else will know about when info for future sets is usually available? Is there a toy show before then that future sets might be on display?

SDCC is the best bet on seeing new stuff. Its gotten to the point where many toy companies only reveal lots of new things twice a year - Toy Fair and SDCC. And Lego apparently loves to have ultra exclusives at each, which really sucks with Toy Fair since its not open to the public.
