Greetings from Portland, OR!

Post by WrightSounds » Wed Jan 11, 2012 3:38 pm

My brother and sister-in-law recently bought my 4-year old daughter a lego set (5560) and now the whole family is hooked. I've joined a Lego forum for cryin' out loud. We just ordered another set because we're all jonesin' for more pieces. Our local children's museum has a Lego display right now that is great. We also just drove to a mall with a Lego store. Hooked!!!

It only takes one set to get hooked... haha. Anyways, welcome to Toys N Bricks! You should expect to have a lot more LEGO sets in your house with all these sales.

Welcome! A little tip for ya: Wait for the clearance sales that happen in the middle and end of the year! The outgoing stuff (discontinued by Lego or the ratailer) is usually cut in half just after christmas and in mid summer as the retailers get ready for the incoming stuff. You can really clean up by saving up and then hitting the stores and internet right about those times! Other great buys happen randomly here and there, but seems to be mostly at those two times. Here's to Merry Legoing and many happy builds!
