There are no restrictions on the media type that can be posted in the MOC forum. Video is a perfectly acceptable medium - that's why there's a youtube embed BBcode. This MOC is motorized, which means it has motion that can't be expressed/captured in an image which makes a video completely appropriate. Based on the moderator logs, this post was edited to embed the video. I presume it was previously simply a link, but that's still perfectly acceptable.
