I'm a fan of the early classic space lego sets, so when the "Friends in Space" Challenge was announced I though it could be fun.
Once again my kids MOCked me for agonizing over connections and complex forms. They seem to be under the impression that lego should be enjoyed.
At least they get to play with it now that it's finished.
Check it out and click that you like it on the Rebrick site (or comment, if you like). Any input would be appreciated.

Re: Friends Space Station
Looks great and you did a good job with the photo
Whenever I see a Lego friends minifig in a vehicle I feel sad that they can't sit down without falling over..

Great job! Love it!
Don't they know that it's a complex interlocking building system?moofer wrote:Once again my kids MOCked me for agonizing over connections and complex forms. They seem to be under the impression that lego should be enjoyed.
They don't fall over if you use the new 1x2 "T" wall (a.k.a. "Foot Plate") designed specifically for the space between their feet.Slickbricks wrote: Whenever I see a Lego friends minifig in a vehicle I feel sad that they can't sit down without falling over..

Great build! Love them Friends.
I've used this part to hold the Friends figs in my roller coaster seat as I didn't have part vynsane shown. Connected their feet to it.
