Nice.
Is the star at the end of the laser a small ship being incinerated?
I have inoperable cancer and am unable to work. Any gifts would be appreciated. Thank you!

Yes
I forgot to mention in my entry post that there 187 parts. All of the sides of the death star aren't visible in those two photos, you have to click on the links to see the rest.

I was wondering if that was for the contest when I saw it on Brothers Brick.

Yeah I knew it as soon as I saw it. Then I saw who built it and it all fit in.

Right now I'm just glad that I'd created this account a while back, even though I'm not much for forums. =D
Here's my entry, 10194 Emerald Night. It uses 91 pieces unless I miscounted.

(Both sides are identical. Not sure if you need more pictures...?)

Waitin' for some parts to arrive from Bricklink, so almost done... :D
Sweet contest! Nice entries so far! :)
It's been a real challenge to keep the parts under 200. I think my final entry is going to be exactly 200 pieces!

Hey folks,
Here is my entry based on 10217 Diagon Alley.
It took me awhile to edit these 3 down to 200 pieces, but rest assured that 200 pieces is all I used. ;)
The piece counts per building are as follows:
Borgin and Burke's: 59
Ollivander's: 68
Gringott's: 73
Total: 200
Please check out more pictures (close-ups of each building) on the TNB flickr stream:
http://www.flickr.com/groups/toysnbrickscom/pool/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
And read more of my thoughts about the build on my blog:
http://legowild.blogspot.com/2011/05/mi ... alley.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Thanks for reading and good luck to everyone in the contest! :)
